I’m glad you are here and grateful for the opportunity to share about myself and my practice.

I’ve been in private practice for 12 years and take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of methods to best support each individual. The two approaches I use most often are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I’ve found that combining work with both the mind and body leads to meaningful, lasting change and helps clients move through healing more efficiently.

I’m committed to staying current with the latest research in mental health and make it a priority to share current and relevant insights with my clients so they feel informed, empowered, and supported in their journey.

I provide therapeutic care that honors both the individuality and shared humanity of clients. I believe you know yourself best. My role is to support, guide and help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and make choices that reflect your values and goals.

Supporting Self-Trust and Values-Based Decision-Making
I will help you listen deeply to yourself and build confidence in making decisions aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.

Embracing the Wisdom of the Body
I use EMDR and somatic approaches to support healing that involves the whole self—not just the mind, but also the body and spirit. This integrated work helps create real, lasting change.

Practicing Ongoing Self-Reflection
I believe that doing this work means doing my own work, too. I regularly reflect on my own beliefs, biases, and experiences to better understand how they shape the space I hold for others.

Creating Space for Dialogue and Feedback
Your time and perspective are essential. I invite ongoing feedback and open conversations about our process to ensure therapy remains meaningful and supportive for you.

Working Together, Collaboratively
Therapy is a partnership. Together, we will actively explore and build the resources you need to navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel meaningful and emp
